Just remember that the most common treatment as well as preventive care for
menopause is: hormone replacement therapy given orally. Hence, the mnemonic:
ORAL
HORMONES (REPLACED)
The definition, diagnosis, symptoms and treatment of menopause can all be
found in the words ORAL HORMONES. The second part of the mnemonic,
replaced, is optional.
